Hello
My legal name is Brandon Chavarria, but everyone calls me Niko. I’m 24 and gay if that makes a difference.
I was born and raised in the California Bay Area and never lived anywhere else. I work for Campari Group as a logistics and facilities coordinator. So I’ll definitely will be able to provide the home bar experience for when we have guest over(please keep in mind I’m not a bartender but will try my best to make great cocktails). I like going out and trying new things, Especially since I’ll be new in town.
#Myroommateperk would be that I would have some access to small events around New York, Free bottles, and I’m a great listener but also know when to give people space.
I don’t know how to cook much besides the basics but we can try cooking together as a group ( of course with some wine). I like to clean and have my room well organized. when it comes to the rest of the apartment. Laying down the house rules from the beginning would be my best suggestion to avoid any issues in the future.
Ideally I want a roommate I can also call my friend. Maybe we can hang out and grab a drink or just chill at home, cook, and watch movies. But I also know life can get busy and we might need personal space.
I want to live in a place I feel comfortable around my roommates.
