I am 32, Male, I work in the service industry and am a musician and general freelancer.
I grew up in Chicago area, went to school in Wisconsin, and have been in NYC 2 years by way of Nashville TN for the previous 7 years.
Despite getting back some late nights, I like to keep a clean and quiet home (I practice with headphones or low volumes). I can definitely be social if/when that’s the vibe! I love, reading, exercising and enjoying the outdoors when the weather is nice.

Honestly, my bar is pretty low. My ideal roommate is someone respectful of shared and personal space and cleans up after themselves. Bonus if they want to hang out from time to time.
