I am part time in school, and work the other days. I also play lots of video games so I do that most of my free time. I also do photography and watch anime. I currently work at a telehealth company in lower manhattan.

I wont be loud and will mostly keep to my self.

No parties, no hard drugs, no smoking. Pets are okay. Common areas need to be cleaned up after people use it.
