BIO:
My name’s Ian, I’m a 28 year-old male coming from Boston/New Hampshire. I work as a Mechanical Engineer for the MTA and work from 6am to 2pm Monday through Friday. In my free time, I enjoy watching and playing soccer, playing videogames, gardening and skiing when I can! I don’t have any pets, but I have lived with roommates who’ve owned them and personally haven’t had any issues with them because they were always respectful.
I cook a lot and can make food for others if they want. I’m very clean and always take care of my dishes after cooking. I also like to garden and would love to improve a patio space with flowers, vegetables and herbs.
My ideal roommate is someone who respects the common areas (isn’t messy). My roommates don’t need to be my best friends but I really dislike when dirty dishes are left on the stove/sink for multiple days after they’ve been used. I generally like to keep the common areas as clean as possible and would even consider getting a house cleaner if we deem it necessary in the future.
