BIO:
I am a singer/songwriter who is moving to New York to go after that lifelong dream in my favorite city. While here I’m going to be doing gigs and releasing music. I also work 40 hours a week at Panera and I’m planning to transfer to a Panera in Manhattan. This is how I will easily pay my rent, bills, and other expenses. I’m very neat, friendly, and easy to get along with.
I love to clean, and I want to be good friends with my roommates. If they need help with a problem, I will always be there to help.
Again, I want to be good friends with my roommates. I would love it if we could go out to restaurants, but also chill and watch movies together. I’m pretty much cool with anything and don’t mind doing most of the cleaning. I don’t mind noise, but if someone needs quiet for any reason, then we should always help them no matter the time of day.
