BIO:
Hi! I’m Jacob. I grew up in the Bay Area and went to film school in Manhattan. I’m a video producer at a media company based in the Astoria WeWork, so I’m excited to potentially live near my job! In my free time I love making videos with my sketch comedy group. We’ve made one a week for almost two years now!
#Myroommateperk is that I live very minimally, so I won’t make a mess, bring pets around, or be noisy at odd hours. I also make a killer berry smoothie and always make a little too much, so hit me up for that fruit hookup.
The main thing I ask for from roommates is to be understanding and easygoing so that if we ever have an issue, it can get cleared up pretty easily. Being considerate about the cleanliness of common areas is important as well. I prefer to live with other young professionals and to not live with pets. Aside from that, I don’t have too many preferences about gender/etc.
