BIO:
I am a 26 year old afro-latina born and raised here in NYC in the uptown section of the Bronx. I am Dominican as both my parents are from Dominican Republic, and I myself grew up going back and forth as a kid. For work, I currently work for NYU full-time as a medical secretary and during the weekends I also bartend/serve part-time at a restaurant called The Last Stop in the uptown part of the Bronx. I don’t have any pets (I would love one but I barely have time for myself lol). In my free time I like to work out, read some books or listen to music and organize myself for the week. I do love to just relax in bed when I am home, have a glass of wine or just roll up and enjoy a movie.
My roommate perk would be that I am a great listener and communicator (my friends say I should’ve been Dr. Phil in another life). I love to talk and make new connections but I also respect peoples spaces if they just want to be relax and be in their own space. I am very easy going, I love to clean and stay tidy so my roommates would never have to worry about that with me. I don’t cook often but I do make great sandwiches worthy of a food truck if I do say so myself and have been told lol.
My ideal roommate I would say is preferably a girl, easy going, clean and organized, communicates with me so we can always try to be on the same page. Respectful and kind and hopefully maybe even someone we can grow to become friends.
