I’m 28 years old. I work in the mail room at City College. Just a few blocks away from the apartment I’m interested in. I’m sick of commuting to and from work everyday from upstate NY.
I’m quiet and considerate and cleanly. Very respectful of those i share a space with.
Roommate Perk
I’m good at cleaning up messes i see around. If someone missed a spot while cleaning I’ll get it for them. When I watch TV I use headphones so I’m very quiet. If I make food or snacks I’d be willing to share if anyone is interested.
Ideal roommate
My only deal breaker would be someone who left a shared space an absolute mess. Otherwise I don’t have any specific preferences.
