My roommate perks: I’m easygoing, respectful, and I make fresh challah (yummy bread) every week for Shabbat.

– consistently communicates honestly
– any gender
– open-minded
– doesn’t drink heavily, although social drinking is totally fine obviously
– open to a chore rotation going so we can keep a cleanish house! 😉
