BIO:

I’m originally from Phoenix, AZ, and I recently graduated from Purdue University in Environmental Engineering and Political Science. I’m working here in NYC as a civil engineer. In my spare time, I like to read, play soccer, watch college basketball, and occasionally cook (Mexican food is my favorite). I’m also passionate about politics and policy, and I’m down to talk politics any time. I’m really looking forward to exploring the city, and traveling around the Northeast.

Roommate Perk

#Myroommateperk is that I’m very consistent, and once I find a routine I’ll probably stick to it. I’m also open to honest comments or suggestions. Most of the time, my ear is open to listen to your problems and offer advice to help make tough decisions. And, when I cook, the apartment will smell great (as long as the smell of green chile is great to you).

Ideal roommate

My ideal roommate is respectful of common areas and sleeping (quiet) hours, cleans up after his/herself in the common areas, and isn’t nosy. They’re also good about communicating beforehand about having people over. Common interests and being up for city adventures is a plus. Smoking (of any kind) in the apartment is an absolute deal-breaker.
