BIO:
I’m from an hour away in upstate New York, the Hudson Valley area. I’m currently a full time student at the School of Visual Arts, and work part time as a personal trainer at New York Sports Club. For fun I like to make art work and exercise, given I have the time.
Roommate Perk
Free personal training sessions. That, and I’m just a clean person who won’t tolerate a filthy bathroom or kitchen.
Ideal roommate
My ideal roommate, aside from the one whom I seek to apply with (Owen) would be a clean person who is mindful of their sound signature (keeping quiet) while inside the apartment, especially during later hours. Beyond that, I only ask that they are clean, and clean up after themselves.
