Romina

BIO:

I’m Romina and I’m recent college graduate of Fairfield University. I was born in Caracas, Venezuela, however calling myself Venezuelan has never felt completely honest. Sure, it’s my place of birth, but I only lived there during my early years of life, so I can’t say I remember much of it. After Venezuela, I constantly moved, flip flopping back and forth from Mexico to Texas. My family eventually settled in Florida, but as soon as I could I moved up north for college in Connecticut. It’s safe to say that travel has always been a huge part of my life, but as long as I can remember I’ve always wanted to live in NYC and study acting. I’m really easy to get along with and very neat. I love watching films and am a huge fan of British sitcoms, some of my favorites being ‘The Thick of It’ and ‘The Inbetweeners.’ Although I am a student at William Esper and work as a part time as an assistant, I do find time for fun and love going to live music gigs and discovering cool new dive bars with friends. I value my sense of humor and my kindness more than anything, and I am always respectful of other people’s perspectives and personal space. With me you won’t only have a roommate but a friend.

Roommate Perk

For some weird reason I was obsessed with HGTV as a kid, so I love everything to do with interior design and would keep the place looking stylish and homey. Although, I’m not a big fan of cooking, because of my Dad I do know how to make the quintessential Peruvian dishes like lomo saltado, causa, and ceviche. In addition, I like to keep to myself and usually just watch films, read books, and listen to podcasts when at home.

Ideal roommate

My ideal roommate would be easy going, hygienic, and in their early twenties.
