BIO:
I am 27 and graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design in 2018 with a BFA in Illustration (with a concentration in surface/pattern design), Photography, and Art History. Currently, I work in Hoboken, NJ as a registrar/assistant collections manager for a private art foundation. I enjoy early morning runs, reading, and painting in my spare time. Additionally I have been told I’m a pretty good cook.
I generally keep to myself and am all-in-all looking for a decent place to unwind after work. Given previous unfortunate roommates I have had, I am respectful of shared spaces and ALWAYS clean up after myself/am respectful of other people’s belongings.

Ideally, I need roommates with a similar work schedule. I have had past roommates who were out late and would be arriving back at the apartment while I was leaving in the morning for work. It became very disruptive for my schedule. I would really prefer the apartment I wind up moving into to not be a “party house”.
Other than that, just keeping common areas or shared spaces clean is ideal as well.
