Hello, my name is Sydnee, and I am a theatre person who is right now in CA, relocating back to NY for a job. I love to see shows and am open to trying new things as well. I do not currently have a pet but am hoping to get a dog if roommates are open to it!
My roommate perk is that I do like to bake, although it has been a long time, and would like to do more again. I do like to keep things clean and open to communication and am willing to communicate as well.
My ideal roommate is one that also likes to help keep the common areas clean, can communicate when things are bothering them, and not just “let them slide” and bring them all up at once. Deal breakers would be smoking inside the apartment. I don’t mind those that do, but at least smoke outside.
