From Huntington New York, lived in Manhattan previously with 2 roommates. Study business at FIT, looking for more work in New York after recently quitting.
#Myroommateperk is that I can cook, have good taste, generally positive attitude, exercise, eat healthy, like an occasional indie film- art project- or pick up basketball game, will stay out your way for the most part unless told differently, enjoy good conversation if you’d like, never have had issues with roommates previously.
No gender preferences (already 1 and 1 currently) or anything like that just someone who is fair- not loud/in your face- or can’t form healthy relationships, a candidate who is kind- cleanly- respectful, basically a candidate who is affable and conscious, you can keep to yourself but this would not only be your home- why not be friendly. It’s a plus if you enjoy an occasional Scrabble, Melee or Tekken game I guess lol.
